What is IoM Pro?

The IoM Pro App turns your internet-connected device into an on-demand research, coaching, and programming team. Every few days, a new topic is delivered to your device in three parts: a research summary, a discussion video, and a client-ready movement video. Increase your expertise, energize your training, and balance your programming. Each lesson takes five minutes to watch, so you’ll be ready to apply it with your next client.





What is the monthly subscription fee?

Your $17.99 per month (less than $4.50 per week) subscription fee grants you access to the fascinating lessons and practical applications that will make your training more interesting, fun, and successful.




How do I use IoM Pro?

It’s easy! The first time you access IoM Pro you’ll see a number of tips and instructions on how to get the most out of it.


How often is new content uploaded?

You’ll receive new content 3 times per week. This frequent release of applied material means you can immediately use the new concepts with your clients.



When will I be billed?

You’ll be billed each month around the same day as from your original subscription.


How can I update my credit card information?

If your credit card information changes, we’ll notify you by email along with instructions for how to update your information.

Or, visit pro.instituteofmotion.com and click on the “Account” icon. Then, click on “Payment” and “Edit Payment Method” to update your credit card information.

Don’t forget to save your entry by clicking “Update Card Details” when you are finished.


My payment failed. What do I do?

After the first failed renewal, subsequent renewal attempts will be automatically retried approximately every 24 hours, until 14 failed attempts has been reached.

Follow the link in the email you received or visit pro.instituteofmotion.com and click on the “Account” icon. Then, click on “Payment” and “Edit Payment Method” to update your credit card information.

Don’t forget to save your entry by clicking “Update Card Details” when you are finished.


What types of devices are compatible with IoM Pro?

IoM Pro can be installed on an Apple iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch with iOS 6 or later.

We’ll be releasing an Android version in the near future.

We currently do not support Blackberry or Windows mobile devices or tablets.




Who can subscribe to IoM Pro?

If you want to increase your expertise, energize your training, and be a solid resource for your clients, then this app is for you.






When is data used on my mobile plan?

Unless you are connected to Wi-Fi, data will be used while watching a video. Be sure sure to use a Wi-Fi connection if data costs are a concern.



I’m not receiving Push Notifications.

On your mobile device click Settings > Notification Center and ensure settings are turned on to receive push notifications. Also, scroll down to the IoM Pro app icon in the Notification Center, click on the icon and select Alerts as the style of push notifications.
