For deconditioned clients, using the 4Q Metabolic 4 Phase Approach may progress the client to higher levels of conditioning. Once in good condition, high intensity can be used to gain the many benefits of high intensity exercise. 

For general health considerations, High Intensity exercise may be selected 1-2x per week with the remaining days of the week dedicated to recovery and Sub-Threshold training. For Performance, High Intensity exercise may be used for as much as 5 days per week but should be offset with a recovery phase every 2-4 weeks.
