Chapter 6 Objectives

In this Chapter, you'll discover ViPR PRO® Workouts designed to enhance Mobility, Strength, Power and Metabolic Conditioning, all using the exercises found in Chapter 4. We progressed each adaptation through 3 levels, allowing you to use these workouts for various client types and abilities. In each lesson, you'll find a downloadable Workout Template to use in your practice. We also explore a way to periodize these workouts over the span of 6 months for general Strength and Conditioning using ViPR PRO®.
