Flows 01:32

If Linear based training is often segmented, isolated, and dominant to one plane of motion, Flows would be on the opposite end of the spectrum. Flows are defined as a continuous and seamless integration of multiple movement patterns in a rhythmical fashion, with the objective of keeping momentum alive. Many athletic endeavours require an ability to "flow" such as when a tennis player's rally, skiing down a mountain or dancing. The cognitive, metabolic and mechanical challenge allow Flows to be one of the most rewarding exercises one can partake in. Movement Mastery with ViPR PRO® culminates with Flowing.
