ViPR PRO® Readiness 03:22

The ViPR PRO® Readiness Screen is designed to identify a person's confidence with Loaded Movement Training. We use 6 fundamental exercises:
  1. Hip Hinge
  2. Squat
  3. Lateral Squat
  4. Transverse Squat
  5. Loaded Rotation
  6. Overhead Lift with a Step.
Moving with confidence through these 6 fundamental movements is a prerequisite to training with VIPR PRO®. Confident movement is exhibited with good rhythm and timing through a desirable range of motion. It is highly recommended the user forego Loaded Movement Training until these movements can be performed pain-free and with minimal apprehension.
