ViPR was first created in 2006 by Michol Dalcourt and Simon Bennett. Through the past 12 years, we've learned greater insight and application of how to load the body authentically to facilitate adaptations of resiliency.
In 2018, we launched ViPR PRO, which includes a more refined ViPR with many new features and robust education system based on our 12-year experience using it within the Strength and Conditioning community
In this ViPR PRO® Training Camp course, we're going to share with you the science of farm strong, Training Camp programming, coaching and application of using ViPR PRO in a group training environment.
