Michol Dalcourt

CEO

Michol Dalcourt is an internationally recognized industry leader in health and human performance. He is the founder and CEO of the IoM, inventor of ViPR PRO and Co-Founder of PTA Global. He has given hundreds of international lectures and has been a featured speaker at most of the world’s top fitness conferences, fitness clubs and at many colleges and universities around the world.

Michol specializes in health and human performance, consulting with many of the fitness industry’s biggest companies - including Equinox, Microsoft and Nike.

Jay Dalcourt

COO

Having significant experience managing other companies, from start-ups to large engineering and construction projects, Jay brings this knowledge and passion to every project or adventure.

Jay lives in Canada and has always had a passion for health, sports and adventure . This has led to medaling in the World Master Games, coaching professional and youth sports teams. Jay is always ready to help out his friends, family and neighbours.

Derrick Price, MS

Vice President

Derrick, or “DP” has been active in the health and fitness industry for over 16 years. Currently, he’s the Vice President of IoM and your lead instructor for the AHHPS. He’s also an Adjunct Faculty at Point Loma Nazarene University, where he teaches the very first university level course on Loaded Movement Training.

Away from work, DP is hanging with his wife Josie and two young kiddos, Jaxon and Brooklyn. Or you might find him spending time at the local golf course working on his short game or throwing a sweet hyzer in the sport of Disc Golf.

Derek Vandenbrink, MA

Project Manager

Derek Vandenbrink is a professor in Health, Wellness and Fitness, a Certified Exercise Physiologist, and an S&C coach. Derek holds an BSc. (Kinesiology) and an MA in Physical Education and Recreation specializing in Youth Athlete Development.

He is the lead author of "Metabolic responses to a loaded movement training workout", and was the lead researcher for the SportSG Active Health project in 2017-18.

If he’s not teaching, researching, or coaching, Derek is probably having fun with his family, working out, playing racquet sports, or fishing.

Robert (Bobby) Cappuccio

Director of Coaching

Certified coach and co-founder of PTA Global, and former director of professional development at the National Academy of Sports Medicine (N.A.S.M.), Bobby’s reach runs wide.

A leadership development consultant for various companies including Hilton Hotels, Virgin Active, and Fitness First, Bobby travels the world inspiring positive change and growth in individuals and companies alike.

Sarah Casey

Product & Content Development

In a health industry full of jargon and conflicting advice, Sarah’s work helps people cut through clutter and figure out what’s worth their attention. She delivers information clearly, simply, and often with a laugh.

Sarah lives with her husband and two kids near the beautiful Great Lakes. She loves gardening, playing squash, and reading. She bakes her own sourdough bread, is always up for a pint of beer, and love love loves a good bowl of noodles!

Mark Allison, MS

Project Manager

Mark has a genuine passion and unique ability for using health & wellness as a platform to transform people and impact cultures.

His whole-person approach to health is rooted in the art & science of health coaching, behavior change, and all aspects of well being: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.

Newly landed in SG, Mark is trying out new yoga classes, and looking for "plant-based" restaurants he can eat at in Singapore.

John Sinclair, BS

Director of Programming

John has been coaching for over 20 years and his experience with athletes, as an athletic trainer and performance and health engineer, allows for unique and creative strategies and programming insights for IoM.

John lives with his wife Lisa and dogs Jersey and Poppy in sunny south Florida.

This hockey-playing, beer-drinking snow bird loves tennis, boxing, and (of course) fetch. One day he aspires to find time to golf and go ice fishing- just not in the same place.

Jiji Pollock, PhD(c) MS

Exercise Physiologist

Jiji is a mom of 3 boys who has recently taken up rock climbing to be cool enough to hang out with her kids, and is always looking for ways to increase her dark chocolate intake.

She’s also a certified Personal Trainer, a dedicated Health Coach, and a self-confessed geek: Jiji holds a BSc in Economics, an MSc in Kinesiology, and is a PhD candidate in Human Health and Performance at the University of Chicago.

Quentin Cole

Technology

Quentin has been a designer and web developer for nearly 2 decades. He has been involved in the production of numerous successful health and fitness projects and programs.

He has used his expertise and background to help IoM build and promote innovative programs and healthy lifestyles for years.

Dawn Dalcourt

Logistics

Dawn is involved in many aspects of IoM and it’s affiliated company, ViPR PRO. Handling anything from logistics to workshops to inquiries and many things in between. If something needs to be done, she is happy to assist!

Her passion is to help others and make the World a better place. In her extra time - she heads to the country to replenish with nature and the horses. She is very involved in First Nation Culture and Ceremonies in Canada.

Jan Hutnan

Master Coach

Don’t let the big heart and wide grin fool you - Jan is serious about helping people find a healthy, happy, fulfilling life and about teaching other health and fitness pros to do the same.

He’s currently passionately travelling the world and spreading the word about IoM, enjoying sunshine on Byron Bay beaches and for the fourth time watching his favourite TV show, Suits.

Trevor Tom

Content Creator

Trevor is a passionate, hardworking, and committed individual.

He has worked in the health and fitness industry for just over 20 years. He has mainly spent his time as a Strength Coach and a Soccer Coach working with all types of professional, collegiate, and youth athletes.

He holds certifications from both NSCA and NASM. He’s also a skilled photographer and videographer.

Trevor enjoys his time with his family and exploring both the mountains of Colorado and the beaches of California.
