Flows 01:32
If Linear based training is often segmented, isolated, and dominant to one plane of motion, Flows would be on the opposite end of the spectrum. Flows are defined as a continuous and seamless integration of multiple movement patterns in a rhythmical fashion, with the objective of keeping momentum alive. Many athletic endeavours require an ability to "flow" such as when tennis player's rally, skiing down a mountain or dancing.
The cognitive, metabolic and mechanical challenge allow Flows to be one of the most rewarding exercises one can partake in. Movement Mastery with ViPR PRO culminates with Flowing. Check out our Fundamental Course to learn more about Flows.
