Redesigning and Rethinking the Well Workplace

At the Institute of Motion, we have spent nearly two decades learning how to shape and power up environments to enhance human health and performance.

We like to think of this as studying the ecology of wellness, thus the term Wellcology ™.

Our goal is to help organizations shape their Wellness Ecosystem – tuning up the promoters of health and well-being while minimizing the chronic disruptors – which in turn helps create purposeful and human potential-led work environments and experiences.

Our two-pronged approach to align the workplace ecosystem to support employee well-being

Rethink and redesign the workplace to ensure better employee engagement and performance outcomes through a holistic and human-centred approach to corporate wellness.

The Workplace Ecosystem - shaping the workplace environment to support well-being. Step 1: Wellcology™ Design. Step 2: Organizational Connections. Step 3: Health and Wellness Practices.
Personal Well-Being - holistic support for individual health and well-being: Physical, Emotional/Spiritual, and Social/Economic.
