Strength Programming: Recreational Athletes 06:09

Recreational Athletes have a passion for physical activity and/or sport. Whether it's running, cycling, golfing, rock climbing, tennis or team-based sports such as softball, soccer or basketball. What's important for us is to look for strategies that help our rec athletes enjoy their love for movement for as long as they want it.

A well-balanced strength program that incorporates all 4Q, and both Muscular and Movement Strength Development is recommended for the Recreational Athlete.
