Aging is defined as the loss of adaptability and/or function over time. Successful Aging means mitigating or slowing down the effects of aging so we age well.

Clients who value Successful Aging as a priority value health, wellness, feeling good and wanting to sustain movement abilities for as long as possible.

Periodizing Strength is not necessary for this client type. Rather, a focus on a highly variable strength protocol as part of a successful aging program may be the best approach to aging well!
