When creating a Cycle, consider:
- How many Trainer-Led Sessions/week and reserve those days for sessions the client needs to be led through a challenging workout or learn recovery strategies.
- How many total days is a client willing to devote to a program. On days a client doesn't see a trainer, will they adhere to a program? A perfect world would be 7 days a week, however always factor in what the client is willing to do so expectations can be met.
- Then populate each day with the appropriate themes. This is determined by the client's goals, values, capabilities and lifestyle factors
