The goal of the next 3 weeks is to tie in all of the learnings from the AHHPS Level 1 and 2 and use all 3 4Q models (Neuromechanical, Metabolic, Recovery) to create and deliver systematic and specific programs for your clients.

For those individuals staying on pace with the cohort, Weeks 11 and 12 have also been unlocked and you should be able to view the content in those modules.

Note: In this lesson, we mention "Weeks 12-14" however it should now read Weeks 10-12. Week 10 is Weight Management, Week 11 is Athletic Development, and Week 12 is Successful Aging.
