Many easy at-home strategies can be implemented as part of Global Passive Recovery to enhance parasympathetic tone and gain numerous benefits. 

  • Have some mindful moments where you stop thinking about the past or present and just focus on whatever it is that you’re doing
  • Quiet Time where you purposefully remove the many stimuli from your life (lighting, sounds, smells, phones, people, etc)
  • Drawn an Epsom Salt Bath or regular hot bath to allow for quiet time and decompression
  • Humor therapy: watch a comedy and have a laugh
  • Aromatherapy
  • Music therapy
