LAR Recovery Sessions are very easy to deliver in both the gym and home environments. These strategies may be planned on specific days or can be used if the client’s readiness on a given training day is poor. 

LAR Recovery Days may be mapped out throughout a day and are very useful for anyone who needs to break up a sedentary day and/or after a bout of localized physical stress (i.e. muscle-based strength training, running, etc).
