A Walk and Talk is just that, a time to go for a walk while having a chat with a friend or confidant. Aside from gaining the physiological benefits of walking, we also look to gain recovery benefits in the Social domain which can certainly influence our physical well-being. To make sure the Walk and Talk is parasympathetic, walk at a leisurely pace while allowing your client to do most of the talking without injecting your Point of View into the conversation unless otherwise asked.
