Much like Strength, maintaining Power adaptations through adulthood should become a priority of any Health and Human Performance program. In fact, we lose Power to a greater extent than Strength with aging.

We focus on screening 4 main areas of Power:

  1. Acceleration
  2. Deceleration
  3. Agility
  4. Quickness.
