The metabolic influence of Loaded Movement Training is based on numerous factors:
  • how much load is used
  • whether the movement is new or not
  • complexity of the movement(s)
  • the speed of motion
  • whole body integration
  • time under tension
  • rest periods
  • training readiness
  • effort and intensity
For high-intensity ViPR PRO® drills, it's recommended to keep the movements simple allowing the user to move fast with light loads or efficiently with heavy loads. Low-intensity LMT drills for aerobic conditioning can be more complex in nature, but it's recommended to move at slower speeds with lighter loads.
