When training with load, simple strategies to regressing an exercise include:
  • lightening the load
  • slowing down the speed
  • reducing the range of motion
  • reducing the volume
  • reducing the time under tension
  • simplifying the movement(s)
The length of the ViPR PRO® creates additional ways to regress an exercise:
  • Change the Grip to have better leverage (ie. Wide to Neutral)
  • Tilt the ViPR instead of carrying it
  • Modify the Handprint or Footprint to more known positions or planes of motion.
