Regressions 02:54
When training with load, simple strategies to regressing an exercise include:
- lightening the load
- slowing down the speed
- reducing the range of motion
- reducing the volume
- reducing the time under tension
- simplifying the movement(s)
- Change the Grip to have better leverage (ie. Wide to Neutral)
- Tilt the ViPR instead of carrying it
- Modify the Handprint or Footprint to more known positions or planes of motion.
