ViPR PRO® 10-Minute AMRAP 02:02

The ViPR PRO® 10-Min AMRAP has many functions:
  • Easy to use Cardio circuit
  • Great introduction to ViPR PRO®
  • Combine 3-4 10-Min AMRAPS for a MetCon workout
  • Used as a competitive measure for small group training
  • Use to break up bouts of sedentarism.
  • Enhance movement skills and creativity with ViPR PRO®
To execute:
  1. Set a timer for 10 minutes
  2. Select a ViPR PRO® Movement Skill (Try any of the 20 skills found in Chapter 4)
  3. Start the timer.
  4. Perform 10 reps of the movement skill.
  5. Rest Minimally
  6. Modify the skill slightly and Perform 10 more reps.
  7. Repeat steps 4-6 for 10 minutes straight.
