Loaded Power Training involves moving a mass explosively. This includes the Deceleration, Acceleration, Speed, Agility, Quickness and Reactivity components of multi-planar, explosive movements. Loaded Power Training should be introduced after 2 months of mobility and strength training have been established with ViPR PRO®. Unloaded Power Training should also be included as a prerequisite to Power Training with ViPR PRO®.
