ViPR was first created in 2006 by Michol Dalcourt and Simon Bennett (You'll hear more of their story in lesson 3). Through the past 15 years, we've learned greater insight and application of how to load the body authentically to facilitate adaptations of resiliency.
In 2018, we launch ViPR PRO®, which includes a more refined ViPR and robust education system based on our 15-year experience using it within the Strength and Conditioning community.
In this ViPR Pro Fundamentals course, we're going to share with you the science, coaching and application of using ViPR PRO® so you can train with it safely and effectively in your practice.
