Dragging or Rolling the ViPR PRO complements On-Ground Strength, i.e. being strong when all 4 limbs are connected to the ground. Typically On-Ground strength is reserved for Bodyweight training. Using the ViPR PRO, we can load many On-Ground drills to enhance our strength and function in this position.
Dragging the ViPR PRO in an upright position is also useful for agility and cardio-based training. Athletes can use drags to enhance their ability to stay low while defending and maintaining good posture and agile feet.
