In this Chapter, we'll explore 20 Task-Specific Drills that are each progressed through 5 levels for a total of 100 ViPR Pro exercises.
For the next 20 days, integrate a new task into your workout to develop mastery of these fundamental ViPR Pro exercises before coaching these movements with your clients. This will provide a framework on creating ViPR Pro exercises for specific athletes and special populations in the future.
