When introducing a new ViPR PRO® exercise, follow these steps to create an effective training environment:
- Establish Value
- Coach Demo's Exercise
- Coach provides 1-2 coaching cues as focal points for the client
- Client performs 1st set of exercise; Coach offers praise (Only interfere if the client is moving egregiously)
- Offer feedback in between sets during their rest period. Allows the client to modify the exercise if need be or give additional coaching points with complex movements
- Client performs 2nd set
- Repeat Steps 4-6 for the desired set range
