Michol Dalcourt

CEO

Michol Dalcourt is an internationally recognized industry leader in health and human performance. He is the founder and CEO of the IoM, inventor of ViPR PRO and Co-Founder of PTA Global. He has given hundreds of international lectures and has been a featured speaker at most of the world’s top fitness conferences, fitness clubs and at many colleges and universities around the world.

Michol specializes in health and human performance, consulting with many of the fitness industry’s biggest companies - including Equinox, Microsoft and Nike.

Derrick Price, MS

Vice President

Derrick, or “DP” has been active in the health and fitness industry for over 16 years. Currently, he’s the Vice President of IoM and your lead instructor for the AHHPS. He’s also an Adjunct Faculty at Point Loma Nazarene University, where he teaches the very first university level course on Loaded Movement Training.

Away from work, DP is hanging with his wife Josie and two young kiddos, Jaxon and Brooklyn. Or you might find him spending time at the local golf course working on his short game or throwing a sweet hyzer in the sport of Disc Golf.

Robert (Bobby) Cappuccio

Director of Coaching

Certified coach and co-founder of PTA Global, and former director of professional development at the National Academy of Sports Medicine (N.A.S.M.), Bobby’s reach runs wide.

A leadership development consultant for various companies including Hilton Hotels, Virgin Active, and Fitness First, Bobby travels the world inspiring positive change and growth in individuals and companies alike.

Mark Allison, MS

Project Manager

Mark has a genuine passion and unique ability for using health & wellness as a platform to transform people and impact cultures.

His whole-person approach to health is rooted in the art & science of health coaching, behavior change, and all aspects of well being: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.

Newly landed in SG, Mark is trying out new yoga classes, and looking for "plant-based" restaurants he can eat at in Singapore.

John Sinclair, BS

Director of Programming

John has been coaching for over 20 years and his experience with athletes, as an athletic trainer and performance and health engineer, allows for unique and creative strategies and programming insights for IoM.

John lives with his wife Lisa and dogs Jersey and Poppy in sunny south Florida.

This hockey-playing, beer-drinking snow bird loves tennis, boxing, and (of course) fetch. One day he aspires to find time to golf and go ice fishing- just not in the same place.

Jiji Pollock, PhD(c) MS

Exercise Physiologist

Jiji is a mom of 3 boys who has recently taken up rock climbing to be cool enough to hang out with her kids, and is always looking for ways to increase her dark chocolate intake.

She’s also a certified Personal Trainer, a dedicated Health Coach, and a self-confessed geek: Jiji holds a BSc in Economics, an MSc in Kinesiology, and is a PhD candidate in Human Health and Performance at the University of Chicago.

Jan Hutnan

Don’t let the big heart and wide grin fool you - Jan is serious about helping people find a healthy, happy, fulfilling life and about teaching other health and fitness pros to do the same.

He’s currently passionately travelling the world and spreading the word about IoM, enjoying sunshine on Byron Bay beaches and for the fourth time watching his favourite TV show, Suits.

Trevor Tom

Trevor is a passionate, hardworking, and committed individual.

He has worked in the health and fitness industry for just over 20 years. He has mainly spent his time as a Strength Coach and a Soccer Coach working with all types of professional, collegiate, and youth athletes.

He holds certifications from both NSCA and NASM. He’s also a skilled photographer and videographer.

Trevor enjoys his time with his family and exploring both the mountains of Colorado and the beaches of California.

Giovanni Roselli

Giovanni Roselli is a nationally recognized health coach, presenter, and author.  His unique background includes a WWE professional wrestling career, working as an Equinox Tier 4 Coach & Master Instructor, Nike content creator and consultant, and alongside IoM Founder Michol Dalcourt developed the national signature group fitness class ‘Fully Loaded.’

He has been presenting education for ViPR for many years, and officially joined the ViPR PRO® and Institute of Motion team in 2018 as a Master Trainer.  He is often found working with the Exercise Science departments at local college Florida Atlantic University and his alma mater Sacred Heart University. 

Stan Ward

Currently the Tier X Coach and Manager at Equinox Preston Hollow Texas where he has been working for the last 8 years. Stan has his Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology from East Carolina University. He is also a Master Instructor and serves as the EFTI Area Coordinator for Texas for the past 4 years.

He was nominated for and won the Equinox 2017 Personal Trainer of the Year award. Stan's certifications include; Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine, Institute of Motion level 3 and ViPR Pro Coach, StrongFirst Elite Instructor, FMS Level 1, as well as Precision Nutrition Level 2 Coach. Stan continues to stay curious by remaining a student of health, habits and physiological change catalysts

Samantha Rota

Samantha Rota is currently a Tier X Coach and Master Instructor at Equinox Highland Park, TX. She works with individuals to maximize their potential, via the balance of movement, nutrition, and regeneration, for overall health and human performance. In addition, she serves as an educator and mentor to others in her club and company.

Her certifications include: NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Precision Nutrition Level 2 Coach, Strongfirst Kettlebells, IoM level 3, ViPR Pro Coach, and Equinox Sleep Coach. When Samantha is not in the gym, she enjoys traveling with her fiance or trying new recipes in the kitchen!

David Case

David has been to all of IoM’s previous Mentorships and is well versed in programming 4Q in personal and group coaching settings. "I like to help (groups) of people find joy through movement, most likely you do too if you're reading this. Happy to meet you, let's grow."

Casey Tom

Casey Tom, BS, FDN, CSCS is the owner and founder of Six Degrees Performance. Her passion, fierce drive, and full-hearted love sets her apart in her field. Casey has been in the fitness industry for over a decade, with multiple nutrition and training certifications and mentorships under her education umbrella. Casey is a diamond in the rough, paving the way in the art of health coaching, helping thousands of individuals live their best lives

Gabriel Hidalgo

Gabriel was born and raised in Caracas Venezuela. He studied Industrial Engineering at the Catholic University in Caracas. In 1996 he moved to the US and quickly began making his mark on the fitness industry as a Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and Fitness Management Educator. His dedication and passion for health & fitness have given him the opportunity to be a collaborator and educator nationally for some of the most innovative fitness methods including Movement Variability and ViPRPRO Training.

Aimee Nicotera

Aimee Nicotera is an international fitness presenter with over 25 years of experience. Aimee holds a BS in Nutrition Science, a Masters in Health Education, as well as numerous certifications, including those from ACSM, ACE and AFAA.  In addition, Aimee is a Level 2 Coach through the Institute of Motion, a Spartan SGX L2 coach and has also completed courses through PTA Global and FAI. 

She is the creator of the fitness DVD series 2X2 Conditioning and Take 20! and recently launched a new virtual online studio offering a variety of class formats.  Aimee has extensive experience creating group fitness programs, as well as consulting, researching and writing for fitness product companies.  Aimee is always exploring ways to create innovative fitness and wellness experiences.
