The goal of the next 3 modules is to tie in all of the learnings from the AHHPS Level 1 and 2 and use all 3 4Q models (Neuromechanical, Metabolic, Recovery) to create and deliver systematic and specific programs for your clients.

Note: In this lesson, we mention "Weeks 12-14" however it should now read Weeks 10-12. Week 10 is Weight Management, Week 11 is Athletic Development, and Week 12 is Successful Aging.
