Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk Release

In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in ViPR PRO’s Training Camp (TC) and all related events and activities, I acknowledge, appreciate and agree that:

1. The risk of injury from the activities involved in TC is present, including the potential for musculo-skeletal and cardiovascular injury, and while particular education, exercise parameters, and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious injury does exist; and
2. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown; I have not been coerced or persuaded to participate and assume full responsibility for my participation; and
3. I willingly agree to comply with the stated TC Education, exercise parameters (i.e. graded exposure, pacing and recovery) and customary terms and conditions for participation in exercise (i.e. Medical Screening and Par-Q). If, however, I observe any unusual significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from participation and bring such to the attention to appropriate person(s); and
4. I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, hereby release, indemnify and hold ViPR PRO LLC. and their officers, officials, agents and/or employees, other sport participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event or activity (“Releases”) harmless with respect to any and all injury, disability, death, or loss or damage to person or property, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5. I agree to obtain signed Liability Waivers for any and all participants, to whom I deliver the Training Camp (TC) experience, and hold ViPR PRO LLC. and their officers, officials, agents and/or employees, other sport participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event or activity (“Releases”) harmless with respect to any and all injury, disability, death, or loss or damage to person or property, incurred by participant, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

I understand, agree and acknowledge that some activities may be of a hazardous nature and/or include physical and/or strenuous activity. Understanding this, I state that I have no medical condition or impairment that might inhibit my safe and active participation in the above listed activity and I assume all risk.

I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT, FULLY I WAIVE ANY ALL RIGHTS THAT YOU MAY OTHERWISE HAVE TO BRING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST INSTITUTE OF MOTION, INC. AND/OR ViPR PRO LLC

I HAVE UNDERSTOOD ITS TERMS AND IF ANY PORTION OF THIS RELEASE FROM LIABILITY SHALL BE DEEMED BY A COURT OF COMPETENT JURISDICTION TO BE INVALID, THEN THE REMAINDER OF THIS RELEASE FROM LIABILITY SHALL REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT AND THE OFFENDING PROVISION OR PROVISIONS SEVERED FROM HERE.
