I tend to see many clients with postural patterns that reflect a lifetime of a limited variety of movement patterns. Maybe they sit a ton; maybe their chosen activities were cycling and running for a large section of their lives, thus being very repetitive. Sometimes they present with a shoulder, lumbar spine, or knee injury that was either ENHANCED BY their postural pattern or their pattern has DEVELOPED AROUND an old injury that was never really resolved. As a result, they’ll present with limited thoracic rotation, poor breathing power, weak hip extensors, and hip flexors.

I put this activation block together to start to apply my thinking to those clients.

Hi Y’all, Jed Glass here. I’ve been training full-time for almost 22 years. It’s been a gratifying experience for me as I feel like I’ve been able to add value, and I have been of service to thousands of people. I’ve had the good fortune to have 5-6 exposures to the IOM system in other workshops and lectures, but this is the first time I’ve gone through any certification work with them. So I’m delighted to take the opportunity to integrate my existing knowledge with this new content to see how my product will grow.
