      Hi, IoM Team.

My programme is in the link above. Intention is to create a small work-in block for a working adult to break up sedentary behaviour in the office and increase systemic circulation in the lower body.

I chose the rub and scrub ankle and knee for fluid dynamics. I then opted for single leg balance and arm plank get up for SMUR (proprioception). After that, the self massage inner thigh for excitation. Finally I went for the sandbell kneel ward for simulation.

Appreciate any feedback and gaps you can spot with my movements.

      Cheers.

      Ken.

        Hi, all.

Kenneth here. I am CEP based in Singapore and work with Sport Singapore (the Sports Council). We have an initiative that supports citizens with behavior change in relation to movement, sleep, and eating.  We have collaborated with the IoM team since 2016/17  and our Active Health initiative is based on a lot of the innovative concepts that IoM bring to the industry. Really looking forward to learning more in the weeks ahead.

I am a sucker for hitting the heavy bag for exercise, so I guess that is unloaded movement if you consider the gloves are only 16 ounces 🙂

@Tinley –  I tried a few BJJ classes but retired after a series of ass whoppings 🙂

Looking forward to virtually meeting all of you guys.

        Ken.
