Lifting Patterns are defined as movements that involve moving a mass against gravity (Up and Down). 

Traditional lifts often require lifting a heavy load, in a linear fashion, to gain strength and muscle size through the limbs. ViPR PRO lifts are a great complement to traditional lifts as the focus is now on lifting mass
